REFUND POLICY
Digital Report Pilot Refunds
This policy applies to pilot paid digital reports and paid BOL digital materials unless a checkout page states otherwise.
Before preparation starts
If payment was made by mistake and report preparation has not started, contact BOL as soon as possible for review.
After delivery
Because digital reports are prepared from submitted information and delivered electronically, refunds are generally not available after the report has been sent.
Failed delivery
If BOL cannot deliver the paid report due to an internal issue, BOL may offer resending, correction, replacement, or refund review.
